Service Description

Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel or reschedule the appointment free of charge 24 hours before the scheduled time. - No refund if the customer cancels the appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. - A reschedule fee of $40 applies if the customer informs us less than 24 hours prior. The reschedule time is set by Mr. Muras. - Mr. Muras might charge extra if the car's condition is worse than expected and it takes more time to clean it. - If the client selects a plan that does not correspond to their vehicle (for example, choosing Sedan instead of Crossover, or Crossover instead of SUV/Truck), the client agrees to compensate for the price difference. - The customer agrees that the car wash is not liable for any damage related to the car wash, including but not limited to damage to paint, windows, or the body of the vehicle. - Mr. Muras is not liable for damage caused by hidden defects in the vehicle or pre-existing damage. - Mr.Muras is not responsible for damage related to the interior parts of the vehicle, such as electronics or air conditioning systems. - In case of damage, the customer must report it to the car wash representative before the wash process starts. Claims made afterward will not be considered. - The customer confirms that his car locations will be in one of those counties: Fulton, DeKalb, Gwinnett, Cobb, Douglas, Hall, Bartow, Cherokee, Paulding, Forsyth, Clayton.
